I help volunteers understand ADHD and adapt their tutoring support

Mission description

Entraide Scolaire Amicale (E.S.A) offers students, working professionals, and retirees the opportunity to volunteer and support children and young people whose parents cannot help them. This weekly accompaniment takes place at the young person's home. Some children have ADHD (attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity), which can make tutoring more challenging. We're looking for professionals or experienced people in ADHD to support these volunteers: provide understanding tools, help them adjust their approach, and foster calm and effective relationships with the child and family.
