As part of developing its community safety plan, the municipality of Fillière is creating a local civil security reserve. In case of crisis, the reserve can support affected populations, complementing actions by municipal services and emergency services. Placed under the mayor's authority, this reserve is designed to intervene only for rescue and assistance actions.
