The representative ensures that personal data processing for employees and contacts complies with applicable regulations (GDPR, data protection laws). Training will be provided within the organization. After an initial implementation period and data inventory, the mission should require a few hours per month. The representative should have or acquire general knowledge of the organization's activities and IT tools, ideally with legal background or data protection training (e.g., CNIL GDPR workshop).
