Your mission includes: welcoming participants in a kind and reassuring environment to build trust; identifying their digital needs (creating an email, accessing social benefits, booking medical appointments, or learning to use computers/smartphones); accompanying each person individually at their own pace without judgment, showing rather than doing; and explaining digital tools simply.
