Mission description

We're seeking volunteers in Lyon to welcome beneficiaries and run our solidarity counter! Emmaüs Connect equips, connects, and supports people digitally excluded. Our digital solidarity spaces are the entry point for all accompanied people. After registration, beneficiaries access phone top-ups, discounted equipment, and free digital usage training. Your mission includes welcoming and directing beneficiaries to services, registration and appointment scheduling, and digital assistance.
