Les bénévoles écoutent au téléphone les personnes qui ont besoin de parler, d'échanger sur différents sujets.
L'écoute est inconditionnelle et s'adresse à tous celles et ceux qui en ont besoin dans un lieu dédié et avec bienveillance.
