Within a volunteer team, schedule individual appointments with beneficiaries to: provide active listening, help with administrative processes, and potentially decide on financial aid requests. You'll also contact city social services and other solidarity actors to coordinate follow-up and support, partnering with other aids. Show solidarity, support Secours Catholique's vision of a fairer society, help people in complex situations access their rights, and unblock financial situations.
