Familles Rurales, a consumer defense organization since 1975, informs, listens, and raises awareness about consumption issues: over-indebtedness, housing, energy, banking, insurance, automobiles, transport, public/private services, distance selling, solicitation, electronic communications, and leisure. We defend consumer interests at all levels. Consumer helpdesk volunteers inform people about rights and procedures for daily transactions and help with dispute resolution.
