We're seeking a general secretary for our association. Ensuring proper management of our organization, they are central to our activities. The French Red Cross Local Unit of Carmaux is looking for a volunteer secretary to strengthen its coordination team. Main missions include: managing administrative follow-up (correspondence, meeting notes, filing); participating in scheduling and meeting management; supporting logistics for activities (ordering, reservations, etc.); staying connected with volunteers and associative or institutional partners.
