I support members in amicably resolving consumer disputes

Mission description

As a dispute advisor, you will support members in amicably resolving consumer disputes. You will receive basic legal training (no prior legal background required), be trained on the Gestal software we use, and initially work in pairs with an experienced dispute advisor. You will join the leading consumer protection association with a team of 67 volunteers in Grenoble. Your main tasks will be: taking note of the member's problem and gathering all useful documents through meetings or phone calls, drafting letters to businesses and making phone calls to resolve disputes.
