Young unaccompanied minors, mostly boys but also some girls, leave their countries (Guinea Conakry, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Tunisia) and arrive alone in Nantes. After subjective age assessment, they're left without housing and in danger. CIMADE supports them to gain age recognition. We seek volunteers to host them at home. All housing types welcome: families, elderly people, shared housing, students, single people. Hosts often alternate, with two or three homes per youth. Some host full-time for varying periods.
