I become an educator for 14-17 year olds with Scouts and Guides of France in Le Mans

Mission description

As part of a volunteer educator team, lead a group of young people aged 14-17 (pioneers/caravelles). With or without prior experience, you'll be supported in learning animation techniques and the movement's pedagogy. Based on Scouts and Guides of France's educational method promoting physical, intellectual, and spiritual development, the group focuses on community living, youth autonomy, and ecological responsibility. Through games and shared activities, scouting develops autonomy, self-respect, cooperation, and holistic personal growth.
