Dual objectives: The young person receives personalized support that builds confidence, explores interests, and broadens perspectives. For you, it's an opportunity to develop skills, access enriching training, join a solidarity community, and showcase your commitment. Student engagement is back, and now is the perfect time to take the leap. As a mentor with Afev Le Mans, you dedicate two hours weekly to support a young person: homework help, cultural exposure, or simply privileged conversation time.
