Share and pass on your experience while supporting the professional goals of young people in vocational and technical high schools to prevent school dropout. Your long-term commitment will help them integrate into the work world and society by fostering personal growth, professional direction, and network development. Mentors provide support in building self-esteem and confidence, guidance on career direction, active and compassionate listening, help with deeper exploration of topics, objective analysis of situations, and assistance developing skills.
