Mission description

Share, pass on your experience and support the professional goals of young people in vocational and technical high schools to prevent school dropout situations. Your long-term commitment will facilitate their integration into the working world and society by promoting their personal progress, professional development and network building. Concretely, a mentor provides: support for developing self-esteem and confidence, guidance in career orientation, active and caring listening, help in exploring topics in depth, objective analysis of situations young people encounter, and assistance with work-related skills.
