Mission description

Fight animal cruelty to improve living conditions and save animals in danger. Detect mistreatment, document it, and build a case through investigation under the direction of AGEPA's Investigation Unit. Following investigation, a complaint may be filed against the accused at AGEPA's request. Investigators act in compliance with procedures and the law. Investigators with renewable annual authorization will: analyze complaints and gather information from reporters; conduct neighborhood and veterinary inquiries; verify living conditions, animal identification, and health on site.
