Mission description

Mentoring aims to facilitate employment access and retention for people facing employment difficulties by having them accompanied by volunteers—active or retired professionals—who share their experience and networks. Mentoring focuses on individual support for those with the greatest employment difficulties: helping young people facing employment barriers regain confidence by identifying and valuing their qualities and skills, analyzing previous difficulties and failures, and consolidating their professional project; informing them about companies, professions, and employer expectations.
