Mission description

Work under the supervision of the Regional Delegate to ensure initial training for new delegates and promote available training. Develop a welcoming and mentoring program for new volunteers upon arrival, identify training needs, and implement regional and departmental training sessions. Foster the sharing of best practices within the delegation in collaboration with the team.
