Urban Alternative offers local tourism experiences led by and for residents. In Limoges, our urban guides—people facing employment barriers—showcase lesser-known neighborhoods as part of a professional integration program for residents in disadvantaged areas. We develop alternative tourism to help unemployed individuals become "urban guides." They lead groups on walking tours through Limoges neighborhoods from June to November (pay-what-you-wish). For 2026, we offer 4 tours: the Coutures district, Beaubreuil, and more.
