Mission description

Facilitate a group of executives in career transition. All animators—mentors and sponsors as we call them—agree it's an exhilarating adventure. Seeing the group evolve and participants regain hope is deeply rewarding and professionally enriching. After six days of training spread over three months, you lead a group of 10-12 executives for four to five months, guiding them through a proven method to be effective in defining and implementing their professional project.
