Avarap invites all managers, whether in transition or currently employed, to participate in peer groups to define their future career project and implement it. Under the guidance of a facilitator specially trained by the association, known as a mentor, they meet each week for three-hour sessions over six to seven months to follow a method proven for forty years that results in building their future project and putting it into action. We are actively seeking future mentors. Three training programs are organized each year, lasting six days spread over three months in January, March, and September. To experience this wonderful adventure of watching a group support one another and regain confidence in the future, anyone interested—who has management experience and/or has led teams—can visit the Avarap website. There they will find testimonials and profiles of mentors. Mentors accompany groups for four months before handing over to a facilitator co-opted within the group who will carry out the final part of the journey.
