Mission description

Assist cooks in meal and snack preparation by washing, cutting, and preparing food, and making pastries. Participate in kitchen equipment maintenance and dishwashing following hygiene rules. Help set up the dining area filling carafes, cutting bread, and writing the daily menu, always under a cook or supervisor's responsibility. Founded in 2008, La Soupape offers a non-alcoholic café for children 0-12 years and their family and social circle to meet dialogue and cultural exchange needs.
