Help someone actively seeking employment return to work. Finding a job is challenging—job seekers need support navigating professional expectations, maintaining persistence through rejections, and interview preparation. You'll accompany an adult aged 30+ with kindness, listening, and optimism, helping them build self-esteem, stay motivated, organize their search, and overcome barriers to employment.
