Mission description

Emmaüs La Friperie Solidaire is an independent nonprofit created in 2002 and part of the Emmaüs movement, focused on social and professional integration of people furthest from the job market. Through textile reuse activities, the association—an approved integration program since 2008—aims for sustainable employment of its workers. The association employs 10 permanent staff and 50 workers in transition at its sorting center in Choisy-le-Roi and shops in Alfortville, Choisy-le-Roi, Villejuif, Cachan, Gentilly, and Paris 12.
