Mission description

Give time and affection to a child near you. Create a lasting relationship with a child or young person in isolation within 30 minutes of your home, helping them grow and flourish. Many children experience emotional isolation—whether in families (despite being isolated by a missing parent or family members) or under child protection measures (group homes, shared housing, foster care, etc.). A mentor provides a stable adult figure outside their usual circle, offering affection and time voluntarily, with full attention during interactions.
