Catholic Relief launched the Fraternibus "A+ in the bus," an itinerant van circulating through rural areas of the Dinan agglomeration with an "outreach" approach. The goal is to: break isolation, foster community connections, facilitate access to territorial information, support people with administrative procedures and basic digital literacy (smartphone, tablet, PC). Volunteers meet people in villages and hamlets. Training in "outreach" methods is provided to new volunteers along with other specialized training.
