Combat isolation and loneliness through volunteer home visits. This action aims to foster social connection, support wellbeing, and develop mutual aid. Volunteers commit to half-day visits every two weeks with a partner, visiting one or more isolated people to combat isolation and loneliness with particular attention to vulnerable individuals.
