LIRE & SOURIRE is an association created in 2011 that works daily to ensure everyone has access to books and reading. During lockdown, the team launched a new project: Reading and Smiling with Seniors, organizing read-aloud sessions for nursing home residents. Join by visiting seniors in the nursing home in Reignier-Esery to share warm moments centered on reading. To foster social bonds with residents and help them maintain stability in their daily lives, long-term volunteer commitment is required (minimum one year).
