Read and Smile brings a bit of happiness to isolated elderly people through reading, breaking their loneliness and brightening their daily lives. Our volunteers work in retirement homes providing read-aloud sessions, both individual and collective, helping to improve residents' well-being, mental health, and stimulate their cognitive abilities. Piloted since 2020 in the Rhône region, operational in more than 100 facilities, we have the ambition to roll out the project nationally and be present throughout France.
