I lead and coordinate a team of volunteers working on social reintegration for formerly incarcerated individuals

Mission description

MRS (Movement for Social Reintegration) works to reduce recidivism by helping former prisoners reintegrate into society through socio-professional reinsertion. Based in Paris and departments 92, 93, and 94, the organization comprises 50 volunteers and 4 staff members accompanying over 800 people annually. It works closely with penitentiary services while seeking partnerships with non-profit organizations and businesses. The MRS92 office is located at the House of Associations in Nanterre.
