Mission description

Welcome and support people in difficulty by meeting with those who have appointments, providing a friendly reception (coffee, refreshments), understanding their needs and referring them appropriately, and working with volunteer teams to ensure family and individual follow-up. Required skills: align with Secours Catholique's mission, participate in necessary training, be comfortable listening and compassionate with people in difficulty.
