Mission description

As a volunteer, you will help provide a warm welcome to people facing difficulties and support them in their endeavors while promoting their independence. Your tasks will include: welcoming people in a trusting atmosphere, listening with compassion and offering support; informing, advising and directing people to social organizations and services; building trust to break isolation and foster social connections; participating in follow-up by handling administrative tasks; and allocating assistance as needed.
