CausonsMission description
The teachers team provides pedagogical and socio-professional support to teachers accompanied by Causons. It also ensures language classes run smoothly. Tasks include: Pedagogical mentor - organizing teacher training with the pedagogical engineer, creating training materials, individual meetings to support course creation, monitoring peer classroom visits, observing language classes with feedback, ensuring learner satisfaction surveys are taken into account in monitoring.
