I carry out small maintenance tasks as part of a maintenance team

We are looking for volunteers to strengthen our maintenance team responsible for upkeeping 15 apartments we manage. Your tasks will include: responding quickly to repair requests from residents (electrical, plumbing, appliances, heating issues, etc.), making repairs when possible or coordinating with appropriate professionals; participating in move-in and move-out operations as needed.
