Mission description

We're looking for volunteers to manage human resources. Like any nonprofit organization, HR is central to our project. There are many projects: Recruitment of volunteers and employees; Management of administrative documents (employment contracts, volunteer agreements, leave); Onboarding and offboarding of volunteers and staff; Mission tracking; Reporting. The association has a strong identity. Founded by Afghans who arrived in France over 10 years ago, it offers support including French language and computer classes, women's discussion groups, and help with various administrative processes.
