Foster the autonomy and development of the person you support by establishing evolving goals adapted to their specific needs. Help people break their isolation through regular home visits. Each week, the volunteer visits an elderly person to talk, exchange, and share a brotherly moment with them. Trust gradually builds over time. As a volunteer, you are part of a team of 2 volunteers who take turns visiting one of the 2 elderly people you accompany each week. A rotation system ensures both volunteers visit both people over a 2-week period.
