Mission description

As delegation coordinator (alone or with a co-coordinator), you ensure development and visibility of your delegation with oversight of all activities. You work with your development officer, sharing challenges and best practices. You recruit and integrate new volunteer coordinators, ensure training is followed, support them, and organize regular team meetings. You maintain the CRM and monitor progress.
