As delegation coordinator (solo or with a co-coordinator), oversee development and visibility of your delegation. Maintain global vision of all activities, work directly with your development manager, recruit and integrate new volunteer coordinators, ensure training compliance, support coordinators through regular meetings, and keep the CRM updated.
