Mission description

Ensure food safety regulations are followed at the Food Bank and partner organizations. Implement the food safety management plan, organize CASA and TASA training sessions, manage authorized personnel lists for sorting fresh products, monitor refrigeration units and equipment, track stock expiration dates, and lead corrective actions.
