I recruit and lead volunteer teams at Restos du Cœur

Mission description

The Regional Department of Restos du Cœur (AD76 Coastal) is seeking three volunteer resource coordinators. Under the Regional Manager, the Volunteer Resource Coordinator (RRB) within their department: recruits teams, ensures sufficient numbers and specific skills for proper functioning of headquarters and centers, encourages team diversity, ensures good support for each team member throughout their journey, develops and leads the Volunteer Resource Liaison network, and is the reference contact for volunteer-related matters. The RRB works with all activity coordinators and particularly the Training Manager.
