Mission description

Inform, advise, and direct home support requests toward the most appropriate services. Oversee program implementation in the association's intervention areas. Join our network of 50 local volunteers on a schedule that works for you. Respond to requests and follow up on services while respecting procedures: welcome people and listen to their needs, inform and advise on suitable services, refer to external services if needed. Participate in needs assessment and intervention planning, maintain communication with staff, and monitor service delivery.
