I participate in sorting items for the association

Mission description

At Emmaüs Tarn-et-Garonne, donations collected by our teams are first sorted before being recycled or resold. Our association is looking for 5 volunteers to help our existing teams with this work. This may involve several sectors: clothing, shoes, media (books, CDs, etc.), toys, outdoor items, decorative items, vintage items, and more. This sorting will allow products to be resold through Emmaüs Tarn-et-Garonne's secondhand activity, raising funds to support the 280 people welcomed in our Emmaüs 82 community. Emmaüs 82 has chosen not to receive government operational subsidies. Through our reuse activity, we pay for care, housing, meals, schooling, and recreation.
