Mission description

The prison visitor mission involves regularly meeting with one to four detained individuals who request it, providing active listening and support. The goal is to contribute to the socialization of people throughout their sentence to facilitate their reintegration afterward. The mission is defined by criminal procedure code and requires approval from the penitentiary administration. Visits occur weekly or bi-weekly at the lawyer's visiting room on weekdays.
