I mentor a young job seeker in department 93 (age 50+ only)

Mission description

Over 50 and want to share professional experience through meaningful work? Become a mentor. DUO for a JOB connects young people from immigrant backgrounds with 50+ mentors to support their job search. The pair meets 2 hours weekly for 6 months, handling necessary employment steps from defining goals to job searching and CV writing. Mentors receive ongoing support: initial training (in-person or online), follow-up, peer videoconferences, and guidance throughout the program.
