Mission description

Entering working life or choosing a career path is crucial, often more difficult for youth in the child welfare system. Become a mentor with Les Ombres association and guide a young person (14-21 years) to give them professional world keys and help build their future! Your role is guiding them through orientation and professional integration. Depending on their needs, you can help with: CV and cover letter writing, actively searching for internships and apprenticeships, preparing for job interviews, reviewing and assembling applications (like Parcoursup), and discovering workplace codes.
