Mission description

By registering on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help people build their career plans. You'll be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle school students, high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or career changers) who want to learn about the reality of your profession. During a one-hour conversation (in person, by phone, or video call) at a time that works for you, you answer their questions. You explain your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your work, and its challenges—sharing your real experience to give them a clear picture.
