You'll be occasionally contacted by Explorers (middle/high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or career changers) curious about your profession. In a one-hour meeting (in-person, phone, or video) at your convenience, answer their questions. Explain your path, responsibilities, why you enjoy your job, and its challenges.
