Mission description

Over 400 volunteer mentors provide technical and personalized support to their mentees. The association welcomes new mentors! You just need to meet three conditions, regardless of your profession: Be an active professional or recently retired, live in Loire-Atlantique, and have time available for your mentee (you can take breaks as needed). Mentoring allows you to meet people of all ages and backgrounds, share your experience and knowledge, participate in training workshops, and better understand the challenges job seekers face.
