One Godparent One Job offers job seekers individual and free support for up to 6 months. Our volunteer godmothers and godfathers have thorough knowledge of the targeted sector or sectors, master job search techniques (preparation, analysis, simulation, stress management, etc.), provide moral support to their mentee, and highlight their skills. This sharing of experience takes place in a supportive framework, ensured by the association's employed coordinators.
