I become a Mentor for 8th grade students
Fondation Arts et MétiersMission description
The Arts & Métiers Foundation and affiliated associations are mobilizing for the 'One Young Person, One Mentor' project to prevent school dropout starting in 8th grade. The goal is to guide students through their orientation from 8th to 9th grade, help them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and foster independence to strengthen academic motivation. Through this experience, you will develop listening skills, teaching ability, and leadership competencies, as well as soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
